Although the beauty goes by with the years, we can slow this process down. Here is a care plan for 4 weeks!
Week1. Eat healthy.
Have an energizing cocktail in the morning. Your diet should contain many calcium sources, good for the teeth and bones: dairy, fish, almonds, tofu or parsley. Eat as many fruits and vegetables a day as you can, of which half fresh, to keep the fibers and vitamins. Even if you don't believe it, dark chocolate helps, because of its content in polyphenols, compounds that slow the aging process.
Week2. Eliminate the wrinkles.
Apply daily a sun protecting cream. Make sure that you have always a sample nearby: put some in your purse, and one in your office desk. Keep one at home, of course. And when you choose your cream, have a good one, even if it's expensive. You can also try a peeling or a laser skin treatment, which would make your skin younger, eliminating the dead cells. Consult a dermatologist specialized in the aging problem and make the right choice.
Week3. Eliminate stress.
After smoking, the stress is the second important early-aging factor. For relaxing, start walking the mornings 30 minutes. It's good for your heart and lungs. If you jump the rope, you shoot two rabbits in one shot: you reshape your body and relief stress. If you're not into sports, relax with the help of scented candles and long foamy baths. Sleep plenty, your body needs sleep to recover. Before going to bed, do something that loosens you: read a book or watch a movie.
Week4. Improve your aspect.
Go to your dentist for a teeth whitening. You will notice that your whole face enlightens, thanks to your bright smile. Change your haircut and the hair color. Choose a haircut that makes you look younger. Take care of your manicure and your hands, they also reveal your true age!
Sleep on your back. Sleeping on your back won't cause you wrinkles. Stay away from smoking and from smoking people, it's bad for your skin!
